The Signature Tira-Meow-Su is our take on the classic Italian Tiramisu. We take fluffy vanilla chiffon and dip it in our 24 hour cold brew Espresso Syrup before layering it with rich Mascarpone Crema inside a edible Chocolate Cup. The top is then finished with one of our Marshmallow Cats.
Our cold brew syrup is made from a blend of Kahlua, Coffee Extract, Water and Coarse Ground Espresso from Social Coffee that is steeped for 24-48 hours to pickup all the nuances of espresso.
Inspired by the the classic Banoffee Pie, the Banoffee Jewel starts with a beautiful pearlescent Dark Chocolate shell filled with a mix of smooth Peanut Butter Cremeux, Caramelized Banana chunks, Almond praline and Sea Salt Caramel.
Admire the jewel for a moment before cracking into its rich contents.
The Lucky Duck is play on classic childhood nostalgia of bubbles and rubber ducks. Our tub is filled with Tangy Lemon Curd, Pistachio Cream and layer of Almond Sponge. We top this off with white chocolate foam and one of our hand painted White Chocolate Ducky.
Inspired by cheese platters for dessert we start with a classic baked Graham Crust and top it with White Chocolate Lime Cheesecake. We finish it with Passionfruit Mirror Glaze and our housemade Ginger-Lime Mouse Truffle.
Terra/Firma is our classic verrine using a combination of two different flavours. Each miniature terrarium is layered to look like earth and topped with our cactus shaped macarons and cactus shaped beanpaste cookie.
